1. Firearm Sales: Final and Non-Returnable
Due to federal regulations, all firearm sales are not final. Once a firearm has been transferred to you by the licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, it cannot be returned or refunded. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm before accepting the transfer. If there is any defect or issue with the firearm, contact us immediately.
1.1. Firearm Inspection
- Upon receiving your firearm at your selected FFL dealer, you are encouraged to inspect the firearm thoroughly before completing any background checks or transfer paperwork.

- Once the transfer is complete, the firearm is considered used, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds can be processed.
2. Ammunition Sales: Final and Non-Returnable
For safety reasons, all ammunition sales are not final. Ammunition can be returned or refunded once it has been shipped or purchased in-store. Please ensure that you are purchasing the correct ammunition caliber and type for your firearm before completing the transaction.
2.1. Ammunition Safety
- We strongly encourage you to double-check all ammunition orders for caliber, type, and quantity prior to purchase.
- Once purchased, ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and legal concerns.
3. Accessories: Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Non-firearm and non-ammunition items, such as accessories and gear, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new, sellable condition.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
