2. Order Processing and Shipping

Due to legal requirements, all firearms purchased online must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. You are responsible for providing us with the contact information of your selected FFL for the transfer of your firearm. Upon arrival at the FFL dealer, you will need to complete a background check and any additional paperwork required by law before the firearm can be transferred to you.

2.2. Ammunition and Accessories

Ammunition and accessories may be shipped directly to your address, provided they comply with your state and local regulations. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws governing the receipt of ammunition in your area.

2.3. Shipping Times

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary based on your location, product availability, and any applicable state or federal regulations.

3. Returns and Cancellations

3.1. Firearms

All firearm sales are not final. Once a firearm has been transferred to you by the FFL dealer, it can be returned for a refund. It is your responsibility to inspect the firearm before completing the transfer. If you discover any defects or issues, contact us immediately.

3.2. Ammunition

For safety reasons, all ammunition sales are final and can returned. Please ensure that you are purchasing the correct type and caliber of ammunition before completing your order.

3.3. Accessories

Non-firearm and non-ammunition items may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Shipping fees for returns may apply.

3.4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
